The origin of Quesadilla is from Mexico. Now Quesadillas have been adapted to many different style. You can make tasty quesadilla at home with the flavour of your choice.
Ingredients:
Spring Onions / Green onions (chopped)
Tomatoes – 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum / Bell Pepper – 1 (chopped)
Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
Spinach – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Mushrooms – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Garlic Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Flour Tortillas
Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
Heat 1 table spoon oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the vegetables one by one and saute for 2 minutes.
Add Salt, Garlic Powder and mix well.
Allow to cook until most of the juices dry up and set aside.
Drizzle 1 table spoon oil in a non-stick skillet / tawa
Place one flour tortilla over the oil and immediately flip over.
