Soya Chunks Fry/ Chilli Soya /Meal Maker fry
Soya Chunks are rich in protein. Soya Chunks fry is a simple and tasty method to introduce protein rich food.
Ingredients
:
Soya Chunks - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil water in a pan, add the soya chunks into it and allow to cook with a closed lid for about 15 minutes.
Remove the chunks from water, squeeze the water and set the chunks aside.
In a bowl, add red chilly powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, salt and mix them together to make a paste.
Add the soya chunks to the paste and mix well so that the paste is well coated on the soya.
Allow to marinate for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan, and add the soya chunks and stir fry them in a slow flame until the soya chunks are crisp and golden brown.
